  • To position Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard as the most sought-after top tier luxury condominium development in Thailand
  • To establish Magnolias Finest Corporation as a luxury developer of innovative and ‘green’ properties in top city destinations
  • To drive unit sales ahead of and during the construction phase

Vivaldi’s Integrated PR approach comprised the organising of executive interviews with leading newspapers and magazines, the development of a region-wide newsletter and support for sales events at which Vivaldi provided celebrities, MCs, VIP guests and post-event exposure.

The result was a sales completion of 70% in a very tough market - an especially notable achievement given the backdrop of Thailand’s transitional phase in its politics. This in itself was another area managed by Vivaldi, with customers, potential customers and media reassured and provided with up-to-date information on the limited effects of Bangkok’s political situation upon construction progress; Magnolias managed the construction well, and Vivaldi made sure everyone knew so to preserve investor confidence.
